Instead of boasting, ad nauseam, about awards and accomplishments you're not interested in, I'm taking a unique approach by giving you what you want — real answers to questions you're probably wondering right now.
Why should I choose you over other agents?
Like most other agents, I am honest, ethical, have your best interests at heart, will negotiate for you, know the area, etc. How I differ from all other agents is what’s really important! I am a marketing specialist! My exclusive targeting marketing approach is UNIQUE. Why is that important?
· If you are a Buyer, you understand (or will soon understand) the frustration of trying to find your perfect home. Like most buyers, you will eventually settle for something less than you were looking for (and pay more for it)! (Buyer fatigue is REAL and I have the solution!) Do I really need a Realtor? I mean, What do you actually DO?
Well ….no…you don’t NEED a Realtor. You CAN buy or sell a home on your own. I mean you can learn everything on YouTube, right? The real question is SHOULD you hire a Realtor? The answer in most cases is YES…but you have to hire the RIGHT Realtor.
Sellers:
If you have the time, knowledge and marketing budget, you can do it yourself. What do you have do? Design and pay for printing of your own professional postcards…create engaging social media posts which you can post on all the Facebook groups/marketplace, Instagram, etc. (of course the only way to run Facebook ads is to have a business page, so you’ll need that too)…do your own videos…hire your own professional photographer…buy your own mailing lists…sort the mailings by carrier route and prepare all the EDDM paperwork…take them to the post office (that could double as your workout for the day 😂) field/return all the calls, texts and emails. That’s just part of the marketing side! Then, you have to deal with all the agents calling you to try to list your house, be there for all the showings (hopefully you are safety conscious), vet the buyers, negotiate and prepare the paperwork, deal with the agent who represents the buyer (yes, most buyers will have an agent), inspections, delays….and SOOOO much more… Does it sound like a full-time job yet? A much better plan is to focus on your full-time job and family and hire ME to market your house!
Buyers:
Frankly speaking, unless you have bought and sold several houses in this market….just hire ME! You don’t know what you don’t know. There are way too many things that can go wrong…way too many things that come up during the process that you just won’t know how to handle. (I could write a book!) I mean, you MIGHT get lucky…. but why chance it!
In a nutshell
Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful experiences you will go through and likely one of the biggest investments you will make. The KEY to minimizing that stress and maximizing your investment is to have the right team around you! Don’t chance it! Hire ME!

Probably….but until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing for sure. What I CAN tell you is I am committed to helping you with your home buying and selling needs, and I will be with you EVERY step of the way!
I've met many Realtors who are jerks. Are you?
Depends on who you ask. If you ask certain agents who have stood between my clients and their real estate goals, they'll probably say "yes". A handful of people think I leave golden footprints in the sand. Those are the two extremes, and most people's opinion falls somewhere in the middle. Here's what I can tell you: I'm honest and candid. I take pride in being approachable and friendly, and providing all my clients with the attention and service they need and deserve. And if you need a quick real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you're in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values.
